If the serial # is different on the bolt and the barrel, then it is from two different guns. The K31 is a finely machined piece of equipment and I would not worry about headspace issue.

Usually the biggest issue with headspace is shorten case life. If there is an issue, the most likely place would be at the base of the case. Look for a bright ring around the base

Commercial replacement barrel may not have been stamped with the rifles Serial number on them. Hämmerli did a lot of barrel replacements for the the serious shooters on their personal rifles.Thanks...

Good info there. I do have another question about my replacement barrel, though. I see on the left side of the barrel nut, there is an index mark, and one on the receiver. The barrel mark is .041"...

It might be. Depends how good the person doing the job was. Do you have a circled hammer(Hämmeli) mark on the the bottom of the barrel Or one the looks like a rifle(SIG)?
